has been in development for a LONG LONG TIME. It is
finally HERE! This chip will be and already is a new
standard of Xbox modchips. Xecuter chips are the WORLDS
BEST SELLING MODCHIP. The Xecuter 3 CE is a an upgraded
redesigned version of the Xecuter 3, the Xecuter3 CE
is 100% compatible with v1.6B right out of the BOX!!
The
Xecuter3 CE Comes with its own OS similar to the Xenium,
as well as having PLUG & PLAY LCD Capabilities.
